STG’S Daytime Sleep Guide provides you with general routine guidelines that can help you to set up consistent timings for sleeping and feeding. Our biological clock responds well when in regularity, so creating a similar pattern to your baby’s day can really begin to support restorative and balanced sleep across the day.

Most of the age ranges in this guide are provided with two routine examples that you can try!

Any routine can be tweaked to your baby and lifestyle, it is important to remember that all babies will have differing sleep requirements.
