It’s when we discover what is at the core for you- your subconscious thoughts, patterns, beliefs, behaviour, and emotions, that we can start to create the biggest shifts and impact in your parenting journey.
This is the moment when we can confidently say goodbye to living a life of fear, second guessing, feeling overwhelmed by parenting and sleep stressors, confused by our baby’s emotions, to creating new patterns, thoughts, behaviour and beliefs that serve and support us in the biggest way. Creating a life of true harmony, well-being, attunement, and abundance as a parent and as a person.
Positive and nurtured support for you and your baby
We are not all designed the same, so this is an evolving program tailored to you and your baby’s current needs. It can be completed at any time and stage in your parenting journey, from newborn to pre-kindy (nursery), first, second, third, fourth time parent or beyond.
You will be working alongside Jen, a renowned Internationally Certified Sleep Consultant supporting over 400 families worldwide to date, (Soon to be) Certified Mind-Body Connection Practitioner (Level Two), Registered Nurse and confident mother of three. She will be your very own sleep godmother, mentoring and supporting you and your baby in the safe and nurturing space she has created for you.

While working on the deeper subconscious holding you back from being the confident parent you desire, we will be preparing and evolving your unique parenting toolbox that will continue to support long lasting changes well beyond this 4-week program. Your intuition will be on fire, with more than one set way of responding and supporting your baby’s sleep and supporting the YOU in your parenting journey.

Each 1:1 experience is customised to the highest level, with Jen as your mentor.
Sleep patterns, behaviour and history will be assessed. Your specific needs and goals for yourself and your baby are paramount, as well as encompassing realistic expectations based on biological norms, human uniqueness, and adapting to your family values, dynamics, and your sleep journey so far.
You and your baby/toddler to be truly heard and supported, while being guided and mentored specifically towards the life you want to live, your goals and needs through 1:1 support.

Jen has had years of experience as a FIFO (fly in/fly out) mother, and as an expat raising three babies away from family living in foreign countries, navigating and adjusting as a first time mum to raising 3 children. Learning how to begin to create a healthy relationship and balance in being a responsive and attuned parent, wife and nurturing herself as a person, is an ongoing journey of growth.
