At S.T.G we know first-hand how hard parenting can be, especially when you are sleep deprived! Trust me you are not alone with many parents believing it comes with the territory, well beyond the infant phase. This is far from the truth, and exactly how many coffee’s is it ok to drink each day?! I can’t promise to change all the challenges, highs and lows that we experience as a parent,
but what I CAN CHANGE is how much sleep you get!
Sleep should not be seen as a luxury. It is a necessity, a biological need for everyone to function well and to be our best selves. My purpose is to provide you with the confidence, knowledge and skills so you can continue or begin to provide healthy sleep habits throughout the rest of your child’s life!
I am lucky enough to be educated in a variety of sleep training methods in order to encourage and empower your child towards healthy sleep. This gives me the option to individually tailor my plans to suit your unique family and honour your child’s individuality. It is truly amazing be able to watch a child’s confidence grow in their own sleeping abilities through the gentle approaches and guidance we provide.
